DS Indian Agate Full Heart Hot Stone Set
I’m excited to offer this beautiful Indian Agate set intended to be used as facial hot stones.
With the same shaping as my Indian Agate Heart Gua Sha set ( but a chunkier thickness to hold heat) these highly polished and glossy hot stones offer all the bliss and benefit of heat for facial tension and skin rejuvenation, with the added bonus of some of the functionality of a Gua Sha tool. A versatile alternative to basalt stones.
Use the heart shape top to work along the jaw, massage into the TMJ, hook under cheekbones for tension release and to stroke around the ears and over the scalp. The tail of the tool can be used to zone in on the sides of the nose for sinus congestion and refresh the under eye and brow area, whilst the long edge is perfect for lifting and lymphatic drainage.
These stones are suitable for professional or home use. For home use they would be beneficial for anyone who has facial tension, particularly in the jaw, and who would like the opportunity to work with heat for self-care. The stones can be heated in a bowl/dish of hot water, removed with a wooden slotted spoon and placed onto a towel to cool to a temperature that is comfortable against the skin.
For professional use you would need to hold a facial qualification that includes hot massage tools or hot facial stones to be insured to use heat on your clients.
Each set of four stones comes in a felt protective pouch with individual velvet bags for safe storage. Kits are a mix of Indian Agate (which is also known as Fancy Jasper). In nature the two gemstones can co-exist in the same rock formation which means that some of the stones are Agate and some would be classified as Jasper.
Stones are approximately 8cm long and 5cm at the widest point. Each heart is handmade and some variation in size and thickness is to be expected.
