Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business working days, using the delivery method and address provided by customers at check-out. Orders are not processed over weekends and bank holidays. We cannot be held responsible for items posted/lost to incorrectly specified addresses.

UK shipping is provided by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is generally 2-3 working days, though due to Covid restrictions there may be some delays on postage. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Your tracking number will be provided in your order fulfilment email and can be used to trace your parcel.

International shipping to the EU is provided by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Delivery is generally 3-5 working days, though due to Covid restrictions there may be some delays on International postage. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Shipping beyond the EU to the US and other international countries can be arranged on an individual basis. Please email me for assistance in courier options. hello@dwellskin.co.uk

Shipping to the EU and other international countries may incur additional taxes and duties which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Returns

It is very important to me that you are satisfied with the products and services you purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, let’s work together to find a solution.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order. Please send a note of cancellation in writing and the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. We reserve the right to consider if there are reasonable grounds to refund an item that has been opened, since we generally cannot provide refunds on opened goods unless the product is faulty or defective.

I advise you to return items by recorded delivery (postage paid by the customer) and to retain the proof of postage. If your items do not arrive I require proof of posting to process a refund.

Should you cancel an order after items have been dispatched, please return them to me in their original, unopened, unused condition by recorded delivery (at your own cost) and I will process a refund.
